There are obviously a few 'upset' users on here, but I am sure their number is outweighed by people who enjoyed the competition.
Merry Christmas

Mum and I spent 45 minutes looking for the actual Santa pic. And for some reason the reindeer didn't show up on mega shop bot (I even tried entering various things) at 11 or 11.03 for me
Bring back festive fivers instead next year please!Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

I doubt that.....
I personally think it was brilliant to hid it in the source code, and very impressive that someone looked there to find it.
I have a good idea, lets complain about a competition that is free to enter, where £1100 is given away and that was a bit of fun. That is sure to make them never do it again.
Merry ChristmasLBM 12.09.12 - £53K in debt.
DFD - 11.07.2019 (OMG).
New DFD is 28.10.2018 due to paying the absolute maximum.
Thanks to everyone on the DMP forum, and to SC for helping me out of this huge hole.0 -
did think it was strange we were asked to look for an image though.???
Have a feeling the source code thing was an accident, they meant for it to show on the page, but messed up the code so it didnt show properly. only the people that thought to look at the code found the bit in there.:A0 -
TBH I wouldn't have had a clue as to how to get to the source code let alone how to figure out if something was there being hidden :S Slight disadvantage there to some users I think MSE
Good job to those who wonvery pleased for you all x

Thanks, coming from an Systems Admin that's even more of a compliment! Congratulations to you too, and Merry Christmas to all!0 -
I think it was really clever to hide it there too - it's not like everyone else couldn't just look for the reindeer instead!

Well, considering I had never visited that page in that browser and had ensured that all cache was wiped for it just in case, then I think I can conclude that the old page version was served to me.
EDIT: And yes, I did even hard refresh to make sure. Plus load it in a 3rd browser to double check.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
