G24 have passed unpaid fine to CCS Collect - what should I do?

Hi, Back in ollectrAugust 2013 I received a Contractual Parking Charge Notice from G24 with a fine of £100 (£60 if paid within 28 days). Have a look at the 'PPC Letter chains' sticky thread (the stickies really are there to help newbies...that's why they are stuck at the top of any forum like Notices!!).

As I presume these were both ANPR postal PCNs, have either of you considered naming the driver then to rewind the clock? Which is of course covered in the NEWBIES sticky thread but so many people overlook. Please don't say here who was driving...just...please engage brain(!) if the driver was the same person as the keeper...think again or think hard about the address of that 'driver'.
