I've got problems with them as well :-(

I was stupid enough to sign up depositing £300. Lost the auction but since it was a promotional offer I got it back in discounted credits. So I topped it up and bought an over priced camera to cut my losses.

Two days later, they froze my account citing suspicious activity and asked for identification. I sent them copy of my licence, council tax bill and a copy of the card itself. All high resolution scans but they are saying they are not clear enough and wont unlock my account.

Spoken to my credit card company who agree that this isn't standard business practice and are now getting involved.

I urge everyone to lodge complaints with BBC watchdog, lets get them outed on TV!

Are you going to revive every old madbid thread or is two your limit? ;)
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
