To be honest, I resent filling in forms like that anyway. They haven't asked what my sexual orientation is or any other basis on which I might feel discriminated against.

Plus I don't like being put into a tickbox.

I took The Boy to one of those 1pm clubs when he was a baby. The only thing they wanted to know was my race. Not my name or age of sex, just my race on a scrappy bit of paper. TBH it was just weird.

I very very rarely visit this board but I thought i'd post here simply because of the title of the thread so as to try and clean some of the dirt off me that I picked up from reading most of the other threads.

Welcome pfpf.....do you have a connection to Herts?
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I'm self employed part time and employed part time. Never fits in the boxes! Some weeks I spend more time on the voluntary work than the paid work - no box for that either!

I'm employed by my company, that I own 100% of. So does that make me employed or self-employed?

Do not be alarmed. It is a requirement that all Nice People must either like or dislike mushrooms and must either live inside Hertfordshire or outside it. We've set the entry requirements deliberately low as you'll have noticed.
