  • Hey, I was in court today, slaving for my brief fee!
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

I was back at work too. Slaving away to pay for my... er... slavebox. I'm very pleased that it will be a 2 day week, not sure I could have faced a whole week straight off.

I was at work as well today although I must admit I didn't do much slaving, or much of anything really. I didn't get in until 10.15....

I did fill in my tax return - £80 refund, should have filled it in months ago!

What's turkey amazing was how each window gets its own pattern, I presume to do with draughts and stuff.

Some are beautifully feathered ( those are my favourite) while others are more graphically cubist. Others simply are ice painting in point ism. But so beautiful.

Tbh, sometimes I hope it gets that cold again. :o

The windows with sunrise behind them are worth having been born for.

If you came to ours and decluttered you could keep half of all the ebay income and have free board and lodgings.
