TV Licensing - do i need a lisence?

OK. I dont have a TV, watch live TV under their definition, on my phone etc just the catch up services. However, as of this week Im now letting somebody else use my broadband (live in bedsits), this person has a license for their bedsit and they will be watching live TV. Do I need a license if hes watching BBC, BT sports…
