If you have been awarded until 2015 can they or do they still review your claim before the end date.

No they were done independantly the DLA was done via claim, then appeal, then tribunal enchance over a year had passed when he finally got awarded the DLA on 5th April 2013. He put his original claim in on 31.3.2012 . ESA was following a renewal.
