My wife sent off her ESA50 form back in early October Our advisor at the CAB called them and was told it could be February at the earliest we are in Fareham Hampshire so could be between 19 and 24 weeks for Grouping
could be owed £600 in grouping allowance
a joke in my opinion
Thanks

No doubt they will lose all the filled in ESA50 forms, & try to blame the claimants.
Fortunately, I sent mine recorded delivery.0 -

Think LimeLight might mean they didn't put how long the award was for? They didn't on mine either,my husband rang them and they told him it was 18 months.
I know they can do it sooner if they want to though,i just hope i get a bit of peace for a while,i still feel beaten up from the last one and i know they have to see if things have changed but if a miracle did happen they would be the first to know so i didn't have to spend every day of my life fearing them.0 -
My friends ESA50 form was due back on the 16th August and he returned it on the 10th,went for ATOS medical on 14th November. He heard last week that he has been put in the Support Group again this time until 14th November 2016, his DLA is due for renewal 5th April 2015 both have been done for 3 years. I agree with people it is very stressful for all concerned. Why pay full price when you may get it YS

Did they automatically re-asses his DLA claim at the same time?0 -
Well finally received the decision today...they have put me in the support group. I cried when I read the letter.
When I first picked up the envelope, I thought the worse.
My Esa starts 11 jan. Will my payment day be the same?
So glad it's over for the time being

Wonder if someone can help me. My dad has been on ESA for 18 months following an accident, he will be 65 in Febuary so ESA will stop. We are waiting for appeal for dla , he will get his pension end of Febuary . Just wondering what if anything will replace the ESA ? Thank you x0
