Ovivo tell you to delete all APNs that are in your settings before you enter the Ovivo settings.

I tried that but I still could not connect.

This happened to me a few days ago. When I checked the Ovivo APN I found the name had been changed to 'deepsleepxx'. Just changed it back to 'ovivomobile.com and everything was fine0

From yesterday afternoon, I had 3G on my iPhone showing but could not get online at all, Safari said it wasn't connected to the internet and I couldn't use any apps, does anyone else have this problem?0

This happened to me when I first joined. Couldn't get it to work at all from the TXT settings I received. Phoned their CS and they got it all working in five minutes with some manual tweaks. Thing is, you've already contacted them so not sure where you go from here.:think: Can anyone explain to me how to put a signature here? :think:

Again still can't use mobile data, turn on iMessage and asks me to turn on mobile data which is on! Think I should ring customer services is that the only way to contact them? Thanks!0

Same thing with me, Ovivo text settings didn't work, had to manually input them. Strangely, they set my browser homepage to some company in Denmark.
Also, on Three, they are supposed to send their settings via a text to your phone from one of their web pages. Never did get that to work as the text never arrived. Went to the Three shop and they were worse than useless and only told me to ring their customer services - useless and rude.0
