How to find compnay owners/directors

Hi i need to find out the compnay owners and directors, how do i go about this? I need the information quite urgently.

You may well find it here:

http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/toolsToHelp/findCompanyInfo.shtml

You have to pay for full info, but can sometimes find details for free
If you give the name of the company, there are a few regular posters who might be able to get you the details that you want.

Type the company name into Google and see what turns up. There are various sites such as 'companycheck.co.uk' which list basic company information such as directors names.

Thanks for that i did try to download the info from companieshouse but it won't open the file on my pc, so gunna have to try someone elses. Fingers crossed it'll work cos apparently i've only got 4 days now to view it???

I'm on the board of 7 companies but do not give my home address for service.

Register (free) then search for the company and click 'people' - it lists the Directors

Thanks i'll give that a try.

I've got a small claims against them and someone has told me i need to find the owners name so i can put there name on the paperwork instead of the company name.

Is it a Ltd company? If yes then address it to:

The Company Secretary
Registered Business Address

(Is what I understand is best to do).

If it's a limited company, all directors records and shareholder records will be held at companieshouse.

Follow the instructions where you get to the popup window that tells you to right click and and copy or save the link. Either save it and open the RTF file or copy it and open WordPad, Click flie->open and paste the URL in the name box and click open.
