Just to clarify my point earlier, don't get me wrong for a free event it was good and the stage was good with all the characters on and yes the kandoo dancing but the queues to get into the smaller themed stages were very lengthy when they needn't have been, especially Lazy Town DS' favourite.

Having been to the event where the kids had their pictures taken for possible use on the Picture Me cartoon feature, one of daughters' was the star of a cartoon for a day.

Worst thing was, we didn't know and missed it. It was only when were told by some parents upon collecting the kids from school the next day.

I sent an email to Nick Jr about the obvious parental dissapointment of misssing our daughters' debut TV appearance. They promptly replied and this morning I have received a complimentary DVD copy of our youngest in the Pic me cartoon.

Another big thank you to Nick Jnr, not only for a fantastic free event in Manchester but also for tremendous customer service.

Wonder where the event will be held next year?

I emailed NickJr in March and asked if they were doing another jump up this year and when would details be available. This is the reply I got:

Hi there! Yes, we do have plans for another Jump Up show this year. We should be announcing the details nearer the time – probably in a few months or so.

Sorry I can’t be of more help at the moment, but I hope this answers your question!

Had an email to confirm this years event will be Milton Keynes Bowl weekend 25th 26th &27th July....More details will be posted in June

I left my details yesterday and I got a call today offering me six tickets for Friday afternoon. I have also received my confirmation email.

Im not sure Im going to get a reply to my phone call so if anybody doesnt need their 5 tickets for any reason (either the Saturday or Sunday pm session) please could you pass them on to me. My kids would be eternally grateful!!!
