Lost POPLA appeal (UKCPS) - advice needed

Yep, I would follow it up - write 'Dear Mr Hall' again - and state you consider the matter closed because they have not responded to your last letter. And if they should now proceed with a small claim you will defend the matter robustly and will immediately send them a Part 18 Request for the same information they have failed to provide so far. Any questions not answered by UKPCS will be raised in your defence as a failure to follow the Practice Direction and as they have behaved unreasonably, you will be applying for your costs.
(Personally I suspect UKCPS will pursue this to small claims shortly - sorry to say - so prepare yourself by reading the links in post #5 of the Newbies thread and in particular the court cases recently won v UKCPS, as linked there. Small claims can be defended and are not a criminal matter, nor do the costs escalate and nor does it affect your credit rating because if you lose you pay, that's all...no CCJ or anything...and you may win).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
