Yes we get housing benefit
No do not have children
If he is getting contribution based then you should be on his claim as an income based top-up then. Is he still sending in fit-notes and waiting to be assessed?Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

It doesn't make any difference whether he claims ESA IR or you claim ESA IR you will receive the same amount of money 112.55
The 6 months is from the date of the original decision the date of your original disallowance letter back in March or April.
It would appear that 6 months has now passed.
However - next time it won't be so easy - you will not be paid after the next disallowance until your mandatory reconsideration has completed and you have submitted an appeal to the court yourself..
Also the appeals process is going to get quicker with IB migration nearly finished ATOS and appeals will soon only be dealing with ESA claimants only making it quicker.
If you get child benefit in your name that will pay your national insurance, if you don't then you need a benefit that will pay your national insurance that could be a new ESA IR claim or a JSA IB claim.
While your benefits are closed to you......If you refuse foodbanks and have no friends or family you will need to find an alternative.... what will that be?0 -
weather its your fifth time or not that's irrelevant if your currently under the CMHT (community mental health team ) that's a good thing for you . if you want to reapply then reapply again and get your CMHT involved the DWP dont always get it right and neither do the tribunals service if 6 months have passed since your original decision then if you want to reapply then you can do that
all the best x0
