Hi
My appeal on anxiety depression and panic attacks was failed only achieved 9 points.
Back square 1 again i am still not well so need to do a NEW JOINT claim with my partner on ESA INCOME BASED.
Decision was made on 25/11/2013 ... when will ESA find out?
With it being Christmas time when is the best time to do a NEW CLAIM??
The thing what is stressing me and annoying me is that Im on WEEKLY payments and i really don't want to be suffering over christmas . Sorry but i refuse to do FOOD BANKS etc and cant rely on family and friends. I haven't much to sell either.
What should i do wait ..... wait till after Christmas to do a NEW CLAIM ???!!!
totally confused stressed and upset
Any help please no nasty comments

when you say appeal do you mean a tribunal hearing ?
you can reapply for ESA if 6 months have past since the original decision ( i,e decision after your medical)0 -
Yes i do mean tribunal.
6MONTHS??? So what can i do???0 -
This is the fifth appeal you have failed. Is there no work you could do, even on a part time basis? Also, what help are you getting to improve/ manage your condition - self help, talking therapies, medication etc?
Why do you 'refuse' to do food banks?0 -
Yes it is i am currently under the psyc nurses getting help
Food banks I've had a bad experience from this0 -
How did you this is my 5th i didn't mention that0

You did not respond to the question about part time work. Is there anything you can do, a small cleaning job perhaps? This would give you an entitlement to working tax credits, and hopefully aid in your recovery.
Food banks are for people that have no other option. If you are willing to refuse their help, you will need to find an alternative.0 -

You have mentioned it previously.
The new mandatory reconsiderations mean that, even when you do reapply and fail the WCA, you are likely to go through significant periods without access to the assessment rate. You need to find an alternative source of income.
When did you fail the last WCA?0 -
Because i am scared to even have people in my house or even interact with people face to face so that is no good0

My WCA was in March0

Is there any reason why your partner can't work?Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -
