Well it's been a wonderful few days :)

We have dinner at a friends tonight :)

But then I've yet to have a car that is cost neutral at all :)

    This all sounds great.

I don't think car's ever get to cost neutral. As soon as they start approaching it....bits start dropping off and you have to replace/repair them. Which reminds me, mine needs a service sometime soon

It depends on how long you keep them. My last car would hold £100 of petrol, but it wasn't worth replacing a £300 part as that was close to what the car was worth (with an empty tank)...

Loving the laughter on here :)

Have had an amazing weekend :)

Saturday I spent the day cutting up wood and in the garden planting, digging etc with Mr El, we had a wee break and sat on a bunch of pallets with the sun in our faces a cuppa good coffee in one hand and a wee chocolate biscuit in another... And you know the feeling of pure joy and peacefulness ? That ... That's exactly what it was like, no need for words just time relaxing in the company of someone you love :)

Then we went to a friends house for dinner which was good fun :)

Sunday I did a short shift before returning home and back out to the garden for an hour then a walk, today another short shift before Mr El asked me if I fancied a drive to go see these wee beauties

Amazing, when we first approached them I thought aye they are ok not as great as I thought, but as we got closer and I could see all the intricate workings, and the way the sun shone on them, through them and around them ... And the size

    Truly magnificent works of art

No money saved but I feel I got the work life balance quite good :)
