    thanks beanie, thanks habiboo,

its been one of those days ... well I got some money from a friend that owed me money, i was a bit shocked about it as i had given it up tbh ,,, but it has been added to the uni pot, have gave my statement over to a few nursey friends expecting them to say " change this change that take this out out this in" every one of them came back and said dont touch it send it as is ... its perfect ... so that was good ... will deal with it on the 6th now and put it to sleep till then

was meant to be eating paleo today but it landed up primal as i had some cream in my chicken balmoral it was worth it as it was delish :)

am getting ready for my night at work, i'm still loaded with this cold that i cant seem to get rid of and in fact i feel its getting worse, i have however bought the stuff to make my master tonic so will make that on wednesday and see if that helps for the rest of the winter...

nothing much on the finances front today apart from the return of money owed ... but nothing spent ... and i reckon that is worth celebrating in its own right :)

    Hi Caulfray, welcome

I did a whole Paleo 30 plan last October/November ( can't remember which) it was strict but I did enjoy it ... I lost 1 stone 1.5lb in 30 days which I thought impressive ... The down sides I found was constipation and no energy

When I did primal I didn't suffer just as much with constipation and I found my energy levels were very high tbh ... This time I am doing a Paleo /primal plan for a year, the aim is to return to health

Yes I need to loose weight etc but for me it's more about health than weight loss ( although I do believe in my case the two will go hand in hand)

I've found it easy to do and very enjoyable tbh so if I manage this year I think that it will be my "diet" from now on ... It's not the cheapest way of eating there is ... But there are ways to make it more affordable

Anymore questions please feel free to ask and I will help as much as I can :)

Beanie yeah it was a surprise tbh ... When I gave the person the money I didn't give it expecting it back so was pleasantly surprised when I got it back :)

No it's not knit witch ... I was a vegetarian for many years myself but through researching all the stuff about health etc that I have I chose to start eating meat again, it wasn't an easy choice and I do still very much enjoy a lot of vegetarian meals and would happily eat vegetarian all my life if it met my nutritional and health need requirements ... And I'm sure for some there are ways to make it work

But for me I have chosen to eat meat again .... It took me a while to get used to it I must say :)

However should you be interested in finding a way to make it work I wouldn't mind assisting as if I could get it to work while veggie then I would be delighted :)
