  • I am ready to flip my absolute lid, blow my stack and hit the roof... all in one go!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Him took jelly for her jabs.

Nurse said... it is far too early, she is meant to get them at 3 years 4 months. So WHY did that Dr treat me like a sack of poo for not getting it done yet?!?!?!?! She isn't even 3 until April!!!!!

So Jelly has come away with no jabs. (She did get the flu jab but had to have an injection because they had run out of nose shots) and Him is so angry. And it is of course MY FAULT, not the Dr who accused me and told me to book her in, or the receptionist who aske me how old she was and said Oh.. ok, tomorrow then?

    This freaking day....

  • Hi Lilty! :hello:

What lovely posts!! I have just caught up and you and everyone on your diary are super! If it makes you feel any better, I'm 32 and still suck my thumb when I go to sleep. My OH thinks its hilarious! :o

I thought of you today. I spent 9am to 3:30pm doing the most compliated spreadsheet for work.. Then when I told the manager I had done it, he told me it wasn't worth the hassle . I went over his head though and his manager thought it was AWESOME! :j I wanted them to notice what they were losing when I go. ;)

Hope you've had a lovely day!

Oh Lilty, how rotten!! I would jolly well refuse to see that dr again. You know and we know exactly whose fault it is, and a massive ya boo hiss to anyone who dares to suggest you were in the wrong!

Sending you gentle germ-free hugs xx

Egg sandwiches - don't they smell the fridge out??

I suspect we eat them before they get a chance to sit in the fridge :D or maybe that's just me :o Alternatively, I leave half a lemon - seems to neutralise, or it's my poor sense of smell from too much Sinusitus :o

Written complaint me thinks - poor treatment towards you and poor advice for Miss Jelly. Show HIM and maybe he'll pipe down and apologise. Or might pigs fly first :D

Aww I'm so sorry, I didn't see this post before I posted mine. How frustrating. I would put in a complaint because it is genuinely a total waste of your (and HIS) time and also you had to take out a poorly little girl for nothing.

I hope you feel calmer and can have a relaxing evening.

I agree you should put in a written complaint, hope Jelly was not to fazed by the aborted trip to the Doctor and you have calmed down xxx

  • You know earlier...

I thought things couldn't get worse. Then a payment came out of my account on the wrong day, and the money wasn't there to cover it because I had shoved it all to the shiny new TSB account forgetting that the payment would come out before the credit went in today. So a DD to HMRC repaying tax credits has bounced. And I will highly likely get a £12+ charge from the bank for dealing with it. So then I will have to go in there and deal with them.

Then of course the tax credits helpline bounced me from pillar to post, listening to various recorded messages about things that had NOTHING to do with what I said I was calling for. Before eventually telling me they didn't have time to deal with my call right now and cutting me off. Pigmonkeyjuice.

I am shaking I am so mad. What an absolute pile of old shoes. I am going to listen to heavy metal and drill all of my payments across my accounts until YNAB sweats.

Calm and relaxing evening.... About the only good thing about tonight is my dream girl being insanely cute before bed, and being freshly scrubbed and in my mouse onesie before half past 6.

    *flounces about in a huff*

Thank you all for popping in though. I do appreciate you all bunches of bunches. And that doctor is going to get a prostate exam with my foot the next time I see him. Jobsworth know-it-all buffoon.

I will be back when System of a Down & Metallica have cheered me up. xx

  • I used to have a punchbag and boxing gloves hung in my dining room. And on days like today I would bareknuckle the carp out of it until I bled. I think I should reinstate the bag. I need the boxing practice anyway.
