I don't want you to get bogged down with too much information but I would contact consumer direct by phone and explain your current problem , they could advise you on the steps to take.
This company is already well known to Suffolk trading standards and the asa

The Consumer Direct, is that the one you ring who puts you through to trading standards?0

Sorry I should have said citizens advice consumer services.
Could I ask, bearing in mind a big court case took place in March and this company were found guilty with the involvement if trading standards, what it is that trading standards can't help you with? Because they are best placed to help you, but they are dealing with criminals .

Well at the minute they said about sending the final demand letter, and wait a few days to see if the "refund" actually goes through or not. Later transactions have been processed, so its obvious it will not be going through. These pigs at Westminster lie to you on the telephone, and say the words you need to hear. However the last recorded delivery letter stated that i could be recording the conversations to use at a later date, and i have done!0

It's infuriating for you. They are just continuing to do exactly the same things they were found guilty of in march. This is how they make a living, unfortunately for you. You are just going to have to take the advice of trading standards, I'm sure they are as frustrated as you.
At least thanks to you, other people can come to this thread you have started to be warned.
If you asked trading standards, they may say speaking to these people is a waste of time.

It is so annoying to see them continue to do what they went to court for in the past, i have heard some pretty ghastly stories about them, and i just dont get the fact that they can still continue! I think of the other elderly people who dont have family around them, and what they can get out of their bank accounts. I have seen clips on youtube and its sickening0

Yep, they have had mobility Uk too. The office is in Ipswich, but the registered sales office is in London!0

see, a few people have said to me "call them up and ask for a brochure" and when they make the appointment, be ready and waiting for them to arrive and lock the doors, until fund have cleared!0
