No they haven't. They have also refunded £23.50 to your credit/debit card. Well thats what I've been told. I just called up and the customer service agent has confirmed that I was charged £63.20 but they refunded £23.50 to me.

Also on a separate note, I've unlocked it and given it to my mum now.

Dont bother buying this, i orderd well over a month ago for black vodaphone and still not recieved anything, THE ONLY 1 TO GO FOR IS PINK 02!!!. A friend told me if delivery is over 3 weeks then they will not have it back in stock and will refund u ur money

no these phones dont work with "3" as they do not have two camera's. i used 20% off code together with £23.50 off (for first time customers) this included free delivery.

you can use the codes at the beginning of this thread.

Well folks, I ordered mine shortly after the OP created this thread. It arrived on Wednesday this week, with an invoice for £63.20. I've checked my littlewoods account and my credit card statement and although they initially took £63.20 out of my account, they refunded £23.50 on the same day.

I had a black E900 on vodafone for £39.70 and that's the bottom line!
