    I'm not sure. My order still hasnt come up under my username so I can't track it. It did give me £55.70 on my order along with an order number. When I ring them they can see the status of my order and they claim it will appear under my user login when their servers have synced (they say it takes 8 hours but its been alot longer - its a lame excuse, people like Amazon and Ebuyer don't have this). Oh well, if all doesn't work out by tomorrow or they decide to charge me a penny over £55.70 then I'll cancel my order.
    It all seems too good to be true and it probably is. I'll let you know by tomorrow.

    I know what i've done wrong, I used the littlewoods direct website instead of the main one. It's working now.

    Yes you can unlock it yourself using the supplied USB cable, i have unlocked with wifes and its a permanent unlock

    you need this software,
    download it here.

    then type the password to open
    i-ztnawhcs
    remove sim card from phone
    connect usb cable, the one that came with your phone.
    open software.
    goto "Set write settings"
    select the type of phone you have.
    that being "SGH-E900"
    then set the port number your phone is on.
    this can be found by doing the following;

    right click on the my computer icon.
    select properties
    then select hardware.
    scroll through until you see ports
    left click on this
    you will see i description of the phone and the port number it is working on.
    ie
    samsung SGH-E900(port 6)
    close the hardware profiles and then select the port number as detailed

    press the ok putton.

    scroll down and you will see an icon that is now highlighted saying Unlock.
    left click on it.
    the screen will go green and say passed.

    Samsung SGH-E900 now unlocked.

    WARNING DO NOT USE ANY OF THE OTHER FUNCTIONS TO THIS SOFTWARE.

    Why, what happened?

    I phoned them today to ask why my order didn't appear under my littlewoods login, and why under "Track Order" it says there are no orders.
    The woman at the other end told me that because of the voucher codes I put in, their computers were not processing my order. I then asked her to cancel my order once and for all but apparently technical support need to do that because its trapped somewhere in their flow of data. Technical support don't work on Sundays, which they should if the website is open on Sundays, so I'll have to ring back tomorrow to resolve this situation once and for all.
    Ridiculous. Try and avoid littlewoods.

    has anyone had a confirmation email or anything?

    i ordered the samsung e900 on Thursday night and haven't had the confirmation email so was wondering if they email you closer to the time of despatch?

    i'm sure i remember that they email you straight away (automated email confirmation), mind you, it's been a while since i last ordered with littlewoods

    Nope, I didn't get a confirmation email either. Its a situation where if you don't print off/save the "thank you for your order" page then you have no proof of your purchase.

    Just rang them again. My order won't be processed because I entered 2 voucher codes. I'm appaled they didn't have the courtesy to contact me about this.
