Hi,

Just ordered a Sony Ericsson W810i. Original Price £99, discounted price £55.70.

When I try to login (yes, I am using the correct details as I know my username [they emailed me it], and I answered my forgotten password form properly so they emailed me my password too, and my DOB is correct also), it says:

Please correct the following errors:

[*]Sorry we could not log you in with the details you have provided. Please check that you have entered all your details correctly.

Does anyone else get this error?

£30 is not applicable for paying by credit card even for a new registration?

So is it better opting to pay in instalments [with no interest?]

Although last night the Sony Ericsson W810i on Orange had the pre-discount price £99 now the pre-discount price is £169.

Furthermore, I only ordered last night (and now I am able to login, maybe it was a night time technical glitch):

Where's my Order?

There are currently no orders to view.

Maybe they realised their mistake?

Just spoke to technical support on their helpline 08450788101.
They said it takes 8 hours for the order to appear on the account (especcially as I ordered at 1am this morning).

The only thing I can say is that I'm not too impressed with their website but at the discounts their offering, who's going to complain?
