I ordered this on Saturday, and this morning I check the order status and it now says that i am paying £63.20 :eek: not £39.70. I received an email confirmation saying that i was paying £39.70 and i printed the confirmation when i ordered. I want to know what my legal rights are before i ring them. Please help

Were you entitled to use the discount codes , were they personally issued to you ?

If not then its tough luck im affraid.

I ordered one on Sunday and have had a confirmation e mail but the price has shown up as £47.70...original price £71.20..dunno why as it was £79.99 on line...then minus £23.50 leaves £47.70 to pay. Still a bargain. Delivery date is 31st July though. I rang customer services and was told if I wanted a pink one I could have it in less than 2 weeks. All other colours out of stock

I ordered a Samsung E900 in Pink for my mum, from what I understand they charge your card the price less the 20% discount and then refund your card £23.50. So all in all I'll be charged £39.70. Even my aunt bought 1.

E900 Unlock

1. Turn off your phone, put in a SIM of a provider that it is not

locked to, and turn it back on.


2. At the wrong card message, type

*#9998*3323#

IN OTHER WORDS

star/hash/9998/star/3323/hash

A message will pop up telling you to press exit, Press exit.

Choose malloc fail.

Your phone will reboot and your SIM will work


3. Type *0141#

And Press Send/Call

This will give you a message saying your phone is personalized


4. Power down your phone and insert a SIM card other than the one that is in it.

Power back up your phone.


5. At the SIM code prompt type 00000000

That Is Eight Zero,s

Your phone should now be unlocked

Notes

In newer phones it is possible to use this alternative to above

Simply type in keypad #*7337#

With no sim in phone

Can reset phone & unlock

I ordered the pink e900 on o2 on saturday morning and received confirmation, delivery is expected tomorrow. I did email littlewoods to check the price as on there site it said the phone was costing me £63.20 and not £39.70 that it said on my email..Littlewoods confirmed they will charge £39.70 to my card.

I ordered this phone on Saturday and it has just arrived. The invoice I received with phone does not show discount yet I have email confirmation of it being lower price,my account at Littlewoods also says £39.70.
