    Not been on here in a while. Been on maternity leave since September, but returned to work this week. One positive is I can get back to overpaying in July :-) Time to hammer this mortgage ;-) Not read back far but good to see folks still doing well on here.

    no 7 here with an overpayment of £236.82 so total for june is £934.85.
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k
