Just checking in with May's O/P. no 102 for £820. Sorry to be a pain but as I managed to get a job that started just as my redundancy kicked in (I know, jammy eh?) can I put my target back to it's original 7500 please.
    Many thanks as always.
Just as an extra woohoo to share with everyone this is the month we broke the £100,000 mark!! :j :j :j

    #54 reporting a May OP of £277.07

    Thank you!
  • Number 31 reporting £100 for April. This is our smallest OP so far but as we are currently waiting on solicitors etc to move to our new house we are pulling back on the OPs before we add over £100k (gulp :o) when we get our new mortgage!! In fact it will be £100k more than this mortgage was when we first got it 2 years ago!!

In a rare move, can I ask to come off the list, please?

    I'm heading in a different direction :)

    Hi Ed,

Your comment at the end of a page seems to have slipped under the radar as couldn't see any responses to it - hope it's a different direction in a good way..... good luck on your journey!! You've been one of my inspirations while aspiring to be MF so will miss your posts on this board :(!

  • :o have been struggling recently to keep up with OPs. Problem is that available cash seems to be declining all the time - increased pension contribution, increased other things etc etc. Finding it a bit depressing that this time last year I could OP £250 a month and now finding it hard to find £175. Also keep wondering about the balance between living now and doing this for a better future. Not always easy. Still on the plus side mortgage is now below 45K once more and there are fab people on here for inspiration. I have not been on here so much this year but you are all very much appreciated. Will pop back more often for inspiration!:o
    MFW - number 11 :)
