Number 107 reporting an overpayment of £430.01. Takes my total overpayments to the year of £2,000 exactly and, by my calculations, has saved me £4,598.11 in interest and reduced the term by 12 months!"Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... Hi JCL,
Gingerfell no 36 checking in for May. We’ve made a smalladjustment to the OP for the time being and will a) try to get used to nurseryfees being the same as the mortgage payment b) comprehend £300+ monthlytravelcard cost (especially with a tube strike on) c) also save some money for holidays.
So NEW target for the year will be £3436.00 and with a MayOP of….. (drumroll please) £303.00
This will knock an extra year of the mortgage and oncethings have settled down will see about increasing again.
Thanks!Mortgage Jan 2013 £116677
Jan 2014 £102k

I went AWOL for April now back on track though I hope.
April was just my DD overpayment of £642.54 - glad this goes out if nothing else.
Today my May DD has gone out too so £642.54 and just called to make an overpayment including £13.07 TT for March and April (didn't keep it up through April so rounded account down today too) and £14.68 increase in salary for March and £30.21 for April. So current May total is £700.50
After today's regular and over payments my balance is now £152454.97 and our end of mortgage date is 22 months closer than it was originally
So Number 24 Yorkielass please update the following JCL:
April: £642.54
May £700.50
Thanks and good to catch up and see how well everyone is doing.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
Overpayments to date - £79.62
Current Mortgage free date - January 20580
