    Nearly reached the annual OP limit now. I'm glad we reduced the term from 25 years to 12 years - even after the active OPs come to an end, we'll still be making good monthly "sneaky OPs" on top of what our standard monthly payment would otherwise have been :D Looking forward to breaking the 50k barrier in January :cool:

    Mr greent has a new job after being home since Mid May (eeek!) so OPs will increase as a result. I will amend my target going forward, but need to figure it out :) Am looking to hopefully be MF as at 12/2015 so need to get my b*m in gear :)

    paid another £34.40 tonight, so total for no 7 is £1068.74 :beer:
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k
