I'm glad we reduced the term from 25 years to 12 years - even after the active OPs come to an end, we'll still be making good monthly "sneaky OPs" on top of what our standard monthly payment would otherwise have been Looking forward to breaking the 50k barrier in January :cool:

Mr greent has a new job after being home since Mid May (eeek!) so OPs will increase as a result. I will amend my target going forward, but need to figure it out Am looking to hopefully be MF as at 12/2015 so need to get my b*m in gear
