    Yes because it will tell them that if they reject your appeal you will go to popla to get this cancelled, those points much expanded are all winning arguments there.

    If they reject then it going to cost them £27 to go there, and they will lose. It shows that you know this scam, it's likely to be accepted and they will go away
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    I would add that being a customer and showing a copy of the receipt, but I wouldn't send that appeal Nigel personally, still it's up to the OP on what they do.
