    Hi there,
I was hoping someone could answer a question about the appeal template for BPA member fines issued in the post. My only concern about using it is that I am not sure whether or not the signing was legible, I can't remember. I am unhappy to pay it because we paid for 4 hours parking and have received a ticket showing 4 hours 11 mins from entering to exiting - without any mention of the basis of fine. We took approximately 3 or 4 minutes to pay so there is no way they would have allowed us the 10 minute grace period from expiration of ticket, we also had two very young children in the car, baby and pre-schooler, if this makes any difference for the grace period. However, we don't have the ticket (annoying). Do I save all this for the second stage appeal though? I really don't want to pay them because it's totally unjust but also concerned and daunted by this whole process.
Any advice appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Unbelievable!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Seventh Anniversary
Hi I followed this thread about what to do with regards to appealing. I have a company car, so I filled out the appeal as the registered keeper. I sent the appeal on the 18th June, they issued the ticket on the 15th.

I am still waiting to hear back from them, they said it can be up to 35 days before I hear back but not sure what to do if I don't hear back from them?
