the point is to make them prove their signage is compliant, so dont do their job for them in proving otherwise or not

so I would omit certain sections but put the onus of proof onto them to prove IT IS compliant

ie:- take out the first paragraph and change the PPC name to PE

Special thanks to Coupon Mad, RedX and 4consumer Rights and every one who particpated in this post. There have been a lot of sleepness nights and wasn't sure if I could win or not. I had enough of getting all these stupid parking charges and wanted to fight back.

I been sent a letter where parking eye notice was issued incorrectly. I did not breach the conditions of parking. They had no option but to allow the appeal.

I have no doubt it was down to the help you got in steering them back towards popla when it could have been at the court stage and proves the theory worked

Although the 'Ken-CM' letter didn't work in my instance, I'm glad that it has for you and the option is now there for everyone else who thinks they are too late. This just shows that the goal posts for 'too late' have moved further in the favour of genuine people and the public.
