if pasting onto here, what I suggest is copy and paste into NOTEPAD on your pc first, and save it
then copy and paste from NOTEPAD onto here , that should fix any formatting issues between word and this forum
try it and see , cant do any harm
thanks
ps:- in 4 , you still have 2 fours, there should be "only one", possibly alter the quotes too on that second 4 , or delete them ?
plus , - the last line in 3 should not be there ?0 -
Take the blue link off and the bold off 'ParkingEye v Fox-Jones
8 Nov 2013 ...as you don't need to show POPLA a link.
As yep, as Redx says you don't want this line: 'Signs are generally positioned to face oncoming traffic, rather than parallel to it' because that's referring to a no-stopping zone only.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello Coupon-mad and Redx,
Hope you are both wellI have made the edits above. Is there anything else I could improve on?
Thanks0 -
spelling here
section 4when clearly I was aloud it in the first place. Because of the Breach To Popla I should get this charge dismissed. There are many of these cases on the Pubic Domain. A Quote from one of there template letters:
and its Fox - Jones , not fov later on in the bottom part of 5
edit , added the highlight for on as it should be in from post #66 below0 -

Updated letter
3. The signage was not compliant with the BPA Code of Practice so there was no valid contract formed between ParkingEye and the driver
Upon re-visiting the site, it is clearly apparent that the driver on the day has noticed ParkingEye has failed to properly warn/inform the driver of the terms and any consequences for breach. This has failed to comply with the BPA Code of Practice section 18 and appendix B. ParkingEye are a mere agent and place their signs so high, they have failed to establish the elements of a contract (consideration/offer and acceptance). ParkingEye have no signage with full terms which could ever be readable at eye level, for a driver in moving traffic on arrival. If a contract is to be formed, upon entering the site a driver must be able to read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions. A driver could not stop in order to read the signs as they enter the road as they by doing so they would block the junction. Any alleged contract would be formed at the entrance to the premises, prior to parking. It is not formed after the vehicle has already been parked, as this is too late.
I'm not sure whether to leave this out or not. I went back to the site and relies the sign's are at eye level and read able as well. The others part's of the letter I wrote is perfect. This is the only part I feel doesn't help.
What are you opinions?0 -
how about adapting the one in this thread here ? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/63291442#Comment_63291442
the point is to make them prove their signage is compliant, so dont do their job for them in proving otherwise or not
so I would omit certain sections but put the onus of proof onto them to prove IT IS compliant
ie:- take out the first paragraph and change the PPC name to PE

suggest you upload sooner rather than later, you can always add more up to the appeal date, I have done 2 cases today and will add more detail when I return from my holiday, I have seen a couple of extra points worth adding0
