So you wrote as the registered keeper, giving the name and postal address of the driver, yes? Keep that email as proof.

It is very frustrating cause I've done all I could other than picking up the phone and got no reply from emails or the 1st letter that was sent (if they refuse recorded delivery of letters i can understand why i had the next letter) and the issue has just escalated. I have got copies of letter and emails sent to excel, i have not spoken to the debt collectors it's just my dad that has and they keep saying got no choice but to pay. Cause of it all been in my dad's name all I could really do is send emails I couldn't ring them to find out what was happening due to DPA they wouldn't give any details.

I need some advise, it's been over two weeks since I have sent the emails to excel and to the debt collectors and I have had nothing back from them by email or by post I've even gone through the spam. The one good thing is the debt collectors have stopped ringing (or could be a bad thing it might be going to court). Any help on what I do next?
