  • No I haven't I wouldn't know how to find out who it was, the car park is behind some buildings with no shops attached to it.
    You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading your last one.
    It’s better to know and be disappointed than to never know and always wonder.
    confused all the time :doh::huh::eek::mad::eek::)
  • Hi a quick question, I've done sent emails of complaint to DVLA and BPA, ive sent another one to excel asking for popla (again!!!) and to the debt collectors Roxburghe (the one that is on the newbies parking ticket thread), my dad as received a phone called from roxburghe who were quite rude abrupt in demanding for there £160 and it has up set him quite a bit. Is it to late to send a letter to transfer the ticket details over in to my partners name as he was the driver at the time?
    I have no idea how they got my dads number it was never included on any of the emails or letters.

    if there was no windscreen ticket then you can name the driver and reset the clock so that the driver gets a pcn in their own name, appeals it , the goes to popla

    if there was a windscreen ticket then no you cannot reset the clock

    these debt collectors use all kinds of means to chase up people, including finding out telephone numbers

    ignore the debt collectors, but do not ignore an LBC or court papers from northampton or salford

    Roxy's licence has been suspended but they are still trading whilst appeal is being heard.

    They are bags of wind, so ignore them.
  • Thanks there was no windscreen ticket just one sent through the post I will send via email to excel.
    just out interest are they normally this bad at answering emails cause I've have had no reply and I've now sent 3 emails to them, am I better sending this via the post recorded delivery?

    On 1st December the NEWBIES thread was first linked for you to read. One of the sections talks about your options if you think you are 'too late to appeal' and tells you about rewinding the clock. Here we are in March and you could have named your partner before Christmas and she could have won at POPLA by now!
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Sorry never even thought bout it, didn't think it was goin to be this much of an issue and I could just deal with it in my dads name (my dad did suggest doin this just to get it resolved ASAP and how wrong was he) But ignoring emails then havin threating fone calls I think is a joke regardless who name is on the parkin ticket. But I have done that now I've sent excel the email confirming the driver details (still no responce as yet tho) like I said before I have never been in this position before I can not believe the crap they put people through, debt collectors have rung again and they have not excepted that an email has bin sent even tho I've had the automated response to confirm it was recieved

    you seem to be taking more notice of the debt collectors than the 3 months of advice given in here - sorry to say

    they will continue to harass you as they believe that is their job, and they dont get paid until you pay up
