i did leave rbs straight away i am just passing on my bad experience with them - dont get why people stick with them when there always in the news for shocking thngs and dont even treat there customers with any respect0

Yes, they've had problems, like other banks (Barclays went down a few weeks ago as well), however, NatWest have helped me through the last few years while I've been a student.
They've increased my student overdraft when requested, offered me a student credit card when I've needed it, and have been great at allowing me to withdraw money without a debit card at their ATM's when I stupidly lost my card whilst in London.
No bank is perfect, however NatWest are great for some, whilst not so great for others.
Now my student days are finishing, I'll likely be moving over to Nationwide for their FlexPlus, as that's the account that suits my needs best at the moment.
