I don't know why people don't think of doing this if they are unsure if a particular card will work or not at a pay at pump petrol station.

Take a card that you definitely know works just in case the card that you think might not work doesn't work.

If NatWest doesn't offer you the facilities you require look elsewhere.

However, the grass isn't always greener on the other side!

blue electron cards dont work just the purple ones - i dont bank with natwest there crap had to ring 4 times ended making a complaint as i wanted the upgraded card.

Switched account and i have 3 account 2 basic and one full flex they all work with petrol pumps cash account at tsb and barclays cash card (for bills only)

everyone should dump rbs / natwest they dont value there customers at all

That's what I intend to do with my TSB card although I didn't do it the night I posted this up. My LloydsTSB, Citibank, and Nationwide cards do but my RBS and Natwest don't.

Call this a wild stab in the dark but does your eloquent and articulate critique suggest that you may be less than impressed with NatWest?! ;)

HI LOL yes i banked with both rbs and natwest for several years through bank account to select platiunum and also silver (without fees) there service was good then got worse and worse, the info they tell you is all wrong and there systems are rubbish too. I think if everyone steered clear of them and let them fail it would be better for them then it would leave the good banks.

If it's such a problem why don't you just close your account and open an account with another bank that can offer you the service you require.

I think you might have forgotten that you, along with the rest of us, own a fair chunk of RBS/Natwest. If they do well, we get our money back. if they don't, we won't.
