NSD # 9 for me today. :j. Which is actually quite impressive considering about a week ago I was only on 4 so to finish 1 short of target is impressive.
and the fact it was hubby's 40th and Xmas this month
Have signed up to next months challenge and looking forward to really trying hard.
Well done everyone on your achievements. :j:jSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
Good Afternoon folks,
I have managed just one more NSD since my last visit, so am able to declare NSD12
I am off to make some party food for later and hope everyone has a very healthy and happy 2014:)If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!0 -
Not a NSD here (well might as well end the month is the theme it's been following) went and got some proper food at asda, although I didn't get loads of party stuff this year. But it was nice to buy something other than roast veg and stuffing. Although I did get some sprouts and chestnuts as OH (mr aversion to veg) actually likes sprouts and moans he only gets them once a year.
Freezer is jam packed so I am determined to get off my arris this year and use up some of the stuff that is in there before trying to fill it with more, or in other words, I shall stick to meal planning better.
Most of the food spend was from the grocery budget, but I did go £2.60 over so had to cough that up out of my purse.
So, had Igor got the canap!s ready for our shin dig tonight? I must confess the fusty ferret vol au vents had a certain 'something' about them last year. However I hope someone has explained that Bucks Fizz is not about trying to get a stag to fart into a soda stream......Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Aww, too kind Beanie, mind you it's easy when there are so few pennies to spend recklessly :rotfl:final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Well,as I suspected, today was a spendy day(cinema for a family of six,OUCH!).However,I told the kids that since we had just had lunch, and would be having party food tonight,we wouldn't be spending on snacks at the cinema. So that saved us,ooh, lets see: about £600,501
So I fell one short of my target this month.A little disappointing(could have been yesterday but for SW,and there have been a couple of days where I have only needed to buy one item)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!_party__party__party_
Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year, and lots'nlots'nlots of NSD's.
I have only being doing this challenge for afew months(3,I think.)And it has definately made me look at what I am spending.
Since September I have written down every penny I have spent, and knowing that at the end of the day I could write "NSD" next to the date, certainly makes me think whether I really need this purchase :T
Again,Happy New Year, and good luck to all
