Hi cardi - welcome back - better late than never and you even join bearing NSD gifts to boost our numbers snaffled so far :rotfl:
Hope you're feeling betterSPC Member #112 :A Save £2k in 2014 # 160 :money:0 -
Deff no NSD here, was out Xmas shopping, and also the proud new owner of some Nordic leggings with reindeer which I'm sure I'm too old for, but don't care, some Xmas pj bottoms and a silicone baking tray from Lakeland for £14.99  I know I know, it's a lot for a tray, but I think they are discontinuing it, it's silicone but with a rigid rim so I hope will make washing up my trays easier and be a good investment. Did actually get some gifts too but not sure I feel much further along, and nearly fainted at £8.50 parking charge...daylight robbery but the closest place for decent shopping for me.
I was however v.good and still made it to 6.30am boot camp even if it was my day off. Last one until the new year, so a whole month to pile on the pounds and make the jan payment worth it :rotfl:
Made a prawn biryani tonight but actually I didn't enjoy it that much, rice didn't cook well and it's a little hot for me. One portion left which I feel loathed to chuck out but really don't fancy it
Nargle I'm free for a turn on the pole at the Xmas bash if you need me, I can improvise and use the tree if you want, but can you get Igor to take the tinsel off first please ... That stuff doesn't half chaff :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

nargle - eggnog and mulled wine spring to mind for our festive cocktail.....not really sure what kind of glass igor would be serving that concoction in....or what other delight could be added to make it even more *ahem* delicious
I recall last year he tried to add some reindeer antlers, the reindeer were less than impressed and they were still attached to them!Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Can you add some yoghurt or cream to it, and maybe get a naan to go with it? (You can get them fairly cheaply in packs of two, and freeze the second). I find even the worst curry can be improved by some cream and a naan.Novuna personal finance 0% 4-year £518/£1866Credit card debt free! Now on the journey to mortgage free.0 -
