    Your question has been answered. The factory if they don't have a company sick pay scheme, should pay SSP, if not, then you claim ESA from the DWP
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

    I really cant not believe anyone thinks about how much or little the sick pay is.

    All I would be thinking is how much am I getting for working not how much is it for not working.

    Was trying to fathom why anyone would ask such questions before starting work, hence why I asked if the OP had ever worked in their life.
