Haven't been on for a few weeks was busy interview prepping and greeting my 2 NQTs reports ready for their full registration as teachers. Wasn't successful at my interview :-( and I withdrew from the other one because I had an interview for the Headship Qualification uni/governing body course and was successful in securing a place (1 of 9 from my local authority) :j. So in the long term that will hopefully open more doors just not right away! I'm still waiting to hear about one job but it's in another area so need to think hard about immediate promotion and wage raise or do the course and see what happens.

Still been potting away just not tracked how much the last few weeks but over the weekend it's been 4.62 for me

£1.10 for the pot today, so all in the right direction. Am trying to focus on simple pleasures like my pot as my home life seems to be disintegrating. My son has special needs and is now causing me 24 hour stress, I may have to go to the Drs (for me). Its all been so sudden - even earlier in the week I would have sworn we had a lovely really happy life. Its like living I a twilight world. Only my potting can keep me sane......
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Afternoon all.
Only my potting can keep me sane......

Keep potting away and wishes to you. Take care.

    Potted 2 x £2 coins and a 20p = £4.20.
I'm well ahead of schedule, but won't pot much now for 2 weeks. Plan is to hit £700 by the end of June and that will leave just £300 to find and pot until "weigh in day".
£500 is usually enough to cover Xmas, so the extra will be a bonus.

I am so sorry to hear about that. Perhaps there will be help available to help with your son and take the pressure off you a little? If you feel you need to see the GP then do. Sometimes just talking about your problems can help you to see a way through.

    Hellllllooooooooooo greet024.gif.
Right.I have spent a bit of time sorting out my money for the end of the month.

    Here is what I potted:
    -£10 in a £2 coin the rest £1 coins
-93p (hubby gave me £30 to fill up his car with petrol, but due to Tesco's petrol promotion at the moment,it only cost £29.07,so I [STRIKE]pocketed[/STRIKE] potted the change
-£1.45 roadkill for May (as usual, the remainder of my finds for the month were purloined by my kids

My "50p and less" pot is sooooooo full.Almost need to fold coins in half to make them fit :rotfl:.
The tin weighs 9lbs .And I know is contains a couple of notes as well, just for a surprise on opening day.

It is lovely to see lots of new faces still joining us,isn't it?
