My window ledge looks like reservoir pigs:rotfl:

Sounds good .... reservoir hogs has a good ring to it too! :)

Just walked the dogs, no road-kill to report but did spot an albino squirrel running about the park!

I see you're keen then, Scottish Lassie, a lovely sum netted.

Sue - re M&S. I'm not too sure, but will check on a daily basis. The Amazon voucher may have been abused (big style), and maybe they've had a rethink?

    Lynsey

That would certainly make sense, Lynsey, bound to happen I suppose, but a real shame.

Afternoon all, finally have 5 minutes to myself to catch up, took the small people to the park this morning, must have tired them out, one is snoring in bed, the other on the sofa :D

Been potting slowly and steadily, raided hubby's wallet on Saturday for his small change, my mum offered hers on Friday and I have £1 to put in today

THAT is appalling, DueMarch11!! but......well done!!! :rotfl: Bless your little treasures, would love to be a fly on the wall right now.

Agreed Habibiboo, but it's already in use as the name of her house! Or should be. :rotfl: Good spotting of the albino squirrel. I've never seen one yet, but have a friend in Northants who sees one regularly in her garden.

This early in the challenge, Helen, that's still good savings.

I went shopping today and headed towards the magazine section. It's one of the things I shouldn't touch as I spend and have spent way too much on them in the past. Anyway before I even picked up the one I wanted I thought about the pot and walked away.

So today I have potted the money that would have been spent on the magazine plus some change.

    £6.60 potted:j

Hi silvermist, you're most welcome, anything that may help. Yes, I received yours thanks, I've also updated your Target, all the best in reaching it or even going beyond! ;)

Not to worry, slowlyfading. I did tell you I'd answer on here when the Grand Total would be given out - but the honest answer is, I've no idea how long it will be as members are being so terribly slow this year, it's almost unbelievable. I sincerely hope it will be long before Christmas as I usually do, but even then I have to keep updating it on my siggy due to snail-paced SPCers.

I can promise you that I will declare it just as soon as is sensible.

Absolutely fantastic, parsniphead!!!! :j:T:j That took great discipline so you can be patting yourself on the back big time!! It's a LOT better in your pot than the retailer's pocket.

I'd like to join please :) I have a whole load of change sat on a shelf at home. I was wondering what to do with it, and it seems like a perfect time to start a sealed pot!
