    £2 potted today.............
  • Hi all

I'd Like to join this challenge please.

I'd like to save £200 for next Christmas - money is a little tight this Christmas so I think the extra in a jar would really help.

I've read the first page and will subscribe and comment as I go along.
    Thanks

chucked a few coins in the pot today..
On a plus side just about finished the Xmas shopping :j:j

Now that's something to be quite thrilled with, mcjordi, good for you. BTW, I hope you don't think I forgot you last night - cause I did!!! Sorry. :(

    Very well done, gottogo!

Raring to go. Got my Santa tin all ready and already potted £90. I sold some items and instead of spending it, I'm putting it towards Christmas 2014.

    My target is £500.

Great pottings, Nikki!! :j I'm so pleased you thought to save it rather than spend. :D Your Target's updated so on you go!

Good Heavens above, bladerunner, surely THAT LOT comes within the OCD range!! Though I have to admit to have 2 Terramundi 1 for £2 and the other for £1s. Then there's a pig (had to be), a dragon, a boot, a chicken and 2 cows!! One is for roadkill only and 2 are ones family have made/bought..but I can't turn them down. DH is often saying we'd have a lot more room if we dwindled them down to ONE - fat chance!!! ;)
I can't remember if I have signed up yet.

    I am signing up.

    Target 600.

Have a good week all XX

It's ok, Buffy, you never need to sign up again, though you ought to know that by now! Trouble is you just write and run so won't even see this! *rolls eyes* Your Target's updated too to £150,000! (It's on folks she won't read it, so I'm safe in exaggerating it a tad. :rotfl:)

Thank you Kate, good to know you're off to a start now.

HI SUE-UU. Think it has BIG ideas but looks like going to be a bonsai at this rate :rotfl:

If you're worried about that, Lynne, you could always cancel the holiday and pot the cash!!!! No? Thought not. ;) Very wise to duck from Mel too, she wouldn't know what spare time was poor girl.

Brilliant with OH's change, Saver-upper!!! You're a dedicated SPCer for sure! :D I tot my roadkill every year (I haven't done it yet!) and sparky uses his towards his car.

All that about you and your ex, LeopardPrintsAndTea, sounds as though it could be a good recipe, here's hoping. ;)

"**** looks like the Bespoke Offers M&S voucher has been pulled"

    Any reason given, Lynsey?

All the best with your pots, Motoko, sounds very interesting for next November. :grinheart

10p roadkill by courtesy of DH. He's as blind as a bat until it comes to roadkill. :rotfl:

Don't let sparky know that, Modesty, he'll be wanting to trundle him along wherever he goes! :rotfl:

I've heard of the house of cards, BlueDaisy, but your place sounds like the house of coins! Can I visit? :dance:Go over that old sofa veeeerryy carefully! ;)

Hoping to fill up the large glass jar in our bedroom.. And more hopefully! Getting married in 2015 so hopefully my pot will go towards paying a bill for something!

What a great goal, tatabubbly, may your dream come true in filling it.

Thank God for that, gives plenty of time to save and fill those pots. :D

Sue - re M&S. I'm not too sure, but will check on a daily basis. The Amazon voucher may have been abused (big style), and maybe they've had a rethink?
