  • I have just uploaded my receipt from my shopping trip. If it all goes through ok I should get £3.50 back so fingers crossed.

I have £7.15 left in my purse in change so that's going into the pot right now!

    Hi all,

It's suddenly occurring to me that my pot is probably going to get quite full quite quickly...

What do people normally do when this happens? Get another pot or change the coins for notes then reseal the pot and put the money back in thus taking up less space?

I'm thinking of just getting another pot because if I see a handful of notes in there then my will power may not hold LOL whereas a couple of notes in an ocean of coins is rather different?

    Help!

Some people change for notes, some cash it in and put it in a savings account, some get new pots, some (like me) have multiple pots for different coins so have no hope of filling lol. It's whatever you think is best for you. :) I hope that helps.

    Cheers CA :)

I think I'll go the multiple pot route and hide the full one so I don't get tempted :) also, if I only see an empty one then I'm more likely to put more effort in to fill it! Huzzah!

    Thanks again,
