I'll have you know Sue that 1) MIL and FIL are still here (go home tomorrow) and 2) they happen to love me dearly if I wasn't here who would keep their youngest in line!

LC2, I can't believe the picture Sue and Sparky paint of us, we are just so lovely and good and nice . . . we're like chocolate covered angels . . . 2 layers of goodness :rotfl:

Been shopping today with MIL as had a £6 off £40 spend at co-op :j :j MIl bought some stuff as well and chucked it in with my shopping so I didnt have to buy more than I needed AND insisted I keep the change from her part of the shopping and all the discount voucher shes so good to me love her :kisses3: so am going to have a rummage in my purse and chuck any shrapnel into the pot as if she hadnt have been there I would have spent it out of the shopping budget anyway

I have just declared on SPC6 my goodness where has this year flown
I have been putting away all my shrapnel but have been absent from posting from many threads
rest assured Sue I am still fag free 14 months :j

I am going to be more comited to saving and NOT spending in 2014 so want to end this year how I mean my new year to go
boy my finances have taken a pounding with one thing and another

Everyone is off to a flying start :beer:.
Didn't find as much coinage lying around the house as I thought I might(but then again,having said I was off to do housework,I started by tidying our room,got distracted by a good book,and that was the next 4 hours gone (actually,read for about an hour,then fell asleep haha).
I did find 11p,added to it the £4.71 roadkill I have found this month,and chucked it in the pot,hooray :j

Potting 60p change from DS lunch money yesterday.
Off Christmas shopping with my mum tomorrow so all my money will be spent.;)

So very proud of DS today. He and his mate from the athletics club stepped in to help out the cross-country team today. They both hate doing it but the U15 boys team were 2 short. They were top of the league and if they didn't put in a team of 3 today they would come nowhere. Well they did brilliantly and helped the team to get 2nd place in the league. All of the coaches from the club were so proud of them for even competing and helping the club out.
One of the lads from the origional team also competed and did brilliantly too. DS was disappointed as he came 21st, I was so very proud as it was a very hard course with lots of hills.
Sorry to ramble but as you can probably tell I am a little bit proud of them both. x

I hope that you are all well, I apologise that I can't reply individually it has been a hell of a day and to top it off I have a blinding headache.

Nothing to pot today, I thought that I had found my first roadkill but it turned out to be a very round stone! Oh well there is always tomorrow.

Of course not, I mean, you are as LC 2 is - unique! Ain't that the truth. Seriously, I'm so pleased you has such a lovely time with the in-laws, it's good to hear you get on so well.

You two behave yourselves and we'll call a truce.....maybe. :happyloveBTW, have you heard any carols in your shops yet? I haven't and it's December tomorrow.

6p in the pot this evening At least there's something in there now

I payed the SPC6 money into the bank today and was served by a man who didn't seem to mind having to sort so much money, was impressed I counted it all up correctly (apparently there's usually always a bag missing some coins!) and told me about his pot at home

Then I went wedding dress shopping! Wow, I had so much fun The first one I tried on might be "the dress"! It was sooo exciting and I'm buzzing I'm going back next Saturday to try it on again haha
