There is an online appeal process.... I just filled it in. I'm worrying now I should of put more detail.... I still don't know what an NTO is or an NTK

if you read the sticky threads by coupon mad you would know these terms, and many others too

the links were in her signature, and one is now in mine too

NTK = Notice To Keeper , or O for Owner (NTO)

DVLA give out the details of the registered keeper , therefore that is why those acronyms are used

clearly you already know the DVLA ;) lol
  • I have only had a letter trough the post stating I was outside the allocated free time of 4 hours.

Someone needs to read the sticky thread for NEWBIES! We can't keep replying like this when it is ALL already covered. There's also a thread about 'Successful complaints about PPCs' as well, all near the top, all stickies are 'stuck' there like on a noticeboard so newbies hopefully read them first...

Sorry... But I opened a new thread and couldn't access the stickies the way I did it for some reason.... Anyway, I've read them in full now!

The good news is I popped into store today and the manager is going to get the charge removed, no problems at all! Hopefully this is now resolved....

That's a great outcome. Hopefully the forum has helped you in some way? :T

I'm sure Coupon-mad will be along later this evening to add your case to the Hall of Fame :)

Thanks for all your help... If I'd not stumbled upon these threads I'd have had no idea and probably ended up paying....

I've been telling everyone about smartpartking and most people have no idea that the parking at Asda isn't managed by them. Spreading the word.....!
