Getting the most from iphone4 sale?

The time has come to upgrade my phone and I want to sell it for the highest amount possible. Anyone got any recommendations or thoughts? I have an iphone 4 16gb in vgc but it is locked to Three.

O2 recycle is offering £100
Mobile cash mate offers £118 (but according to reviews on this forum they tend to lower this offer when you send it in)
Private buyer has offered £115 (but could prove unreliable)
Apple only offer £35 (tight wads!)

As it's locked, your resale value will be depressed - get it unlocked, and sell it as such - you'll get at least £20+ more by doing so. Expect £150 if in pristine condition with box etc.
