If it was the arrest that got me the rejection. Is there any chance for me to appeal the rejection on the grounds of I didn't think the arrest was on my record and therefore didnt think I needed to disclose it?
Well if it was the arrest/caution/whatever that got you rejected then its likely to be your initial failure to disclose it that caused the issue. Admitting it right now seems unlikely to help in that case - from their point of view you've already been caught being dishonest.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
