Money4Machines in a nutshell!!!
Hello Robert,
Just a quick follow up with regards to the review you have left us on Trustpilot. I can see from our records here that we have not received your item to date. Can you confirm the tracking reference that you posted your handset with and I shall investigate this matter further.
Thank you Richard for your quick reply regarding my order the tracking number is XB024820892GB.
I have contacted royal mail on 7th November who confirmed that the mobile has been delivered.
Hi Robert,
Thanks for getting back to me. Can I just check if you used the packaging we sent out or was this put in your own packaging? Also is there a chance that this was sent to another recycler? I’m just a bit concerned as we sign for all items that arrive here via the tracked service and you can see exactly when the item has arrived. As an example if you type in KF469903672GB For example you can see my signature from a piece of post we received yesterday. The message on XB024820892GB is different and does not show our signature. I have contacted Royal Mail with regards to your handset and am currently awaiting a call back. I will keep you updated with the status of your order once I know anything else.
Hi Richard i can confirm i used the packaging that you sent out to me and i can also confirm that i'm not using another recycler. I also followed all instructions regarding the tear off slip that is with my order. To be honest i can't believe this is happening i put 100% of my faith in your service and you failed. Now can you understand why i won't be using your company again??!!! So whether my mobile is lost or stolen find it!!!!
Hello Robert,
Just to follow up from our telephone conversation. We have contacted Royal Mail and they have informed us that you posted the order on the 1st from the Preston Post Office and the same Post Office marked it as delivered 5 days later. The package never left the Preston Post Office so I would imagine it’s at your local delivery office waiting to be sent back to you. I can only assume that Royal Mail have made a mistake thinking the return address was the delivery address. The lady we spoke to from Royal Mail is Ann-Marie Bell and can be reached on, 08457950950, option 1 and then option 5. I apologise that Royal Mail have let you down on this matter and I hope we have helped you come to a satisfactory conclusion and to help you get your handset back.
We would be very grateful if you could remove your feedback on Trustpilot until you have recycled with us.
Please let me know if I can assist in any way.
Dear Money4Machines
Thank you for trying to sort out the problem regarding my order 22697 I have spoke to royal mail on the number you provided and they have insisted me that the parcel have been delivered. They also said they the parcel would not need to be signed for has there is no signiture need for this parcel to be delivered. They have suggested that you need to make a claim to the royal mail for a lost parcel if the delivery did not take place. Please beware that I will now be going to the small claims court if you do not make this claim.
Hello,
The Preston Post Office have marked it as delivered. Which isn’t our local Post Office, it’s a post office miles away and it’s actually the one you posted it at. I would imagine it is till at the Preston delivery branch. I can only assume they read the sender (return) address as the delivery address and then marked this as delivered. We have to wait 14 days until we can put a claim though because this can still be delivered to either parties.
Dear Cody-Helen,
Just to let you know as of today Trading standards, Citizen Advice Bureau and The Police ( Fraud Department) have now been informed regarding my order (22697). They all took a full statement from me and my partner and a full investigation is now underway.
Crime Reference: NFRC131100451353
I have also been in contact with the Post Office and have informed them that i'm now took matters to the above proceedings and given them the crime reference number as they will take legal action against Money4Machines for false accusations that the order (22697) has not been delivered. They have tracked the parcel from posting from Preston main office to it being delivered to your company address and it has been logged on there system it has been handed to your company.
If you have any compassion please admit you have received my order and pay the amount due which is £92.00 and i will stop all of these legal proceedings.

Also, wrong board. This should be on Praise/Vents.0 -
Probably one of the hardest posts to read.
I think the OP needs to chase Royal Mail for a start.0 -
Agreed. The OP contracted RM so the OP would have the case with RM not the company. (Unless the company sent a pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope).0
-
The company did sent a pre-address postage-paid envelope.0
-
But you were the one responsible for handing said parcel into the care of Royal Mail.0
-
Royal mail took care of the parcel and delivered it.0
-
It's stated above that the accepting office have marked it as delivered, not the delivering office.
Have you or the recipient put in a claim with RM for the missing parcel, again as mentioned above?0 -
I can't put in a claim becuase i did not pay for the postage the recipient have not put in a claim even though i asked them to.0
-
There is no contract between the OP and Royal mail. As the company provided and paid for the postage, it is the company themselves who have a contract with Royal Mail.
OP has no contract with Royal Mail, OP has contract with the phone recycler, Phone Recycler has contract with Royal Mail and OP.
The OP can only claim from the Phone Recycler.0 -
So how do i get my money then?0
