right,to clarify

This item shows as delivered from a mail centre
not a Post Office,nor a Delivery Office

Now this isnt too unusual as many bulk deliveries of SDs etc where the MC bypasses the DO and delivers

However the tracking number they provide show an item delivered by a PDO
Given they are 3+ hours from Preston,then I would say its an RM error and you (regardless of who paid the postage) need to chase this with RM and point this out to them

Im only looking at the tracking
RMs own tracking shows it wasnt delivered where it should have been(though delivered on the customer site doesnt always mean delivered)
So you can now get back to RM and ask them
The RM intranet would how in more detail what was actually scanned at the MC

So you are blaming the wrong company really
