Another one here. I just phoned M&S and the order I placed at 9.00am all out of stock and will be cancelled. The order I placed at 3.30pm all on its way to me. That is for two items that were also in the 1st earler order!!. I decided to get a couple of extra pairs of trousers. This is a joke.

I feel lucky all of my items arrived today not one cancellation which is a mere miracle for M&S. Cannot believe that they have removed all sale from web site already.

I got an email saying my order had been despatched - but it's the third of three orders i placed and for non sale items. I imagine my other orders have been cancelled too...just like last time. Sea biscuits idea of lots of small orders is an excellent one.

Having seen this thread I just went to check on my order .... ordered wed at 9am, due 24-26 July .... not yet dispatched :mad: I have phoned M&S and explained that having seen a number of complaints online about the out-of-stocks on your sale orders I would like to check when mine will arrive? The lasy is looking into it and will phone me back ....:rolleyes:

Have just called customer services and been told that every item I ordered is out of stock and the orders were cancelled. They have not emailed me about this and this is precisely what happened at Christmas.

Oh dear, that explains a lot! Thought the delay was down to the weather as I expect M&S to be extra-efficient. On-line was so much better than the in-store sale here and I ordered almost exactly what I needed.
Shall start phoning but will not expect much.

I did three separate orders online (Christmas shopping!) the day their sale started and today received two items from the third order, but none of the rest have been despatched. I don't know what they're up to, but it's really bad to allow things to be purchased in good faith and then say they're out of stock.

It also annoys me that when you're shopping on their site and already have things in your basket that things suddenly pop up as 'unavailable', even though they're already in your basket.

i also placed an order last thursday morning and as it had not arrived yesterday i phoned them only to be told all out of stock and order cancelled, i told them i wasnt happy at all and they are sending gift vouchers to me, i went in store today and all kids sales stuff has been reduced to 3.00 everything !!
