I was disappointed too. I still managed to buy 2 nighties with 50% off online. However in store (Tautnon) it was hard to tell what was in the sale. Its being refurbed at the mo so maybe thats why. I desperately needed new slippers but they were not in the sale.

I to think the sale was a disapointment, only 2 different pairs of blue jeans in ladies sale!! Though did well on childrens, for my son!!And this was a big store,Fosse Park.

I thought the M & S was pants!! I went to the large store in Bolton where there is usually everything you need. There was hardly anything worth buying, only a few shirts/suits for men, no summer stuff, but did manage to get a few bargains for my little boy.

Very dissapointed!! Good thing i went mad on the Next Vip Site!!

I made an effort to get in early yesterday and it was rubbish. i did manage to get a new baby gift but apart from that there was nothing I'd have thought about wearing. A lot of those long per una skirts were in it though if anyone likes them (I'm too short!)

Has anyone who ordered online had anything despatched yet? I ordered Thursday morning and was given an estimated despatch of today but have heard nothing more. There is nothing on my credit card either.
I am just a bit worried because this happened at Christmas and my orders were completely messed around by them.


Have just called customer services and been told that every item I ordered is out of stock and the orders were cancelled. They have not emailed me about this and this is precisely what happened at Christmas. I am a bit annoyed as I ordered before 7AM so fail to see how it is all out of stock, but at least I have saved loads money! Will stick to going instore in future!

I had all my orders cancelled after the last sale, and so far nothing has been dispatched from last Thursdays order.

So I've just phoned up and been told there is no problem yet with my items and that they should still be dispatched. But I am feeling nervous about it, and will be phoning up to rant if much gets canceled as I had a long conversation with a Manager last time.

Apparently its the new computer system, if one item is out of stock then it delays the whole order and therefore all the other items go out of stock too. He said they were sorting it out, but I get the feeling they haven't yet.

This was one reason why I did a load of £30 orders rather than one large order, in the hope that they don't all get delayed

But as you say, nothing of mine has been dispatched as yet, so we shall see

I placed my order Thursday morning for approx. 9am for 11 items. I have just telephoned and found all 11 items out of stock with no chance of delivery. Lady on the phone said that sale not guaranteed and as she just kept repeating herself I asked to speak to a manager. He again said nothing they could do order would have to be cancelled but offered e-voucher for £25.00 off of future orders by way of an apology. I am not at all impressed as I still cannot beleive all items were out of stock at time of ordering

Oh dear .....think my order is going the same way as everyone else's . I was desp for the suit too, for a wedding ,am p'd off with them, it really disheartens you from ever ordering from their sale again.

I've just got an email informing me that everything I ordered is out of stock - even though a friend managed to get her stuff and she ordered after me! Just seems daft!

Same here, I just rang up to check on my order and have been told that all items are out of stock and no chance of getting them. V annoyed! No offer of compensation either.
