You cannot do anything but wait for Tesco to resolve it with OR. Unlikely that anything will happen now before Monday.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Hi everyone,
Update on a very stressful swap over from BT to Tesco for my parents and me !!!!
Tesco finally connected them on Monday 2 December. They were 1 week without their landline in total. A lesson learnt maybe ! really shocking service.
A big thank you to all that responded with kind advice.
